Bitter Melon Extract 500 mg Description: Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia,) also known as bitter gourd, karela or balsam pear, may be as effective as insulin, in some cases. It stimulates the release of insulin from the pancreas and blocks the formation of glucose in the bloodstream. It also provides pain relief from neurological complications and delays the onset of cataracts or Retinopathy.
