Powertec Linear Smith Machine Description: The Smith Machine provides dozens of the best muscle building exercises such as squats, bench presses, rows and many more that can be performed in a safe, controlled fashion. The high, low Lat section option can be included within the Smith cage system complementing your home gym with all of the available cable exercises. The lat section incorporates many of the numerous features such as steel guide rods, nylon bushing sled and steel shrouded pulley transmission.
